We are always the emergency contact for guests so that you don't have to be! We do so much more than just marketing, we care for your home like our own and we are here when you can’t be. – Renting Your Home –
At GMR we have a fully integrated, state of the art booking system that communicates with many major online booking platforms from Vrbo to Expedia, we’ve got you covered. Never worry about a double booking again or have to juggle multiple platforms on your own. We handle all correspondence with guests prior to, during, and after their trip. With our direct booking website, guests are always invited to skip the third party platforms and additional fees by booking right through us.
– Housekeeping & Maintenance –
We utilize licensed & insured contractors available for many kinds of repairs from plumbing and electric to handyman services and snow removal. Light maintenance needs are taken care of quickly of efficiently while always making sure we keep our homeowners in the loop. We schedule all cleanings and contract professional and reliable housekeeping companies who are licensed, bonded, and insured. Local relationships are essential in small mountain communites and ours are second to none.

Our staff analyzes the market consistently and we know what your home is worth. With that said, time is money and we make our monthly homeowner income payments easy utilizing direct deposit, straight into your bank account. What’s better than that?
