1. How do I check-in?

2. How do I check-in for a Granby property?
- For those homes that don't require a physical check-in at our office, you will receive the code to access your home and the address of the property the day of check-in when the home is ready or by 4pm.

- Check-out is 10am for all homes. If you have not vacated by 10am, you could be charged an additional day.

6. Do you offer longterm rentals?
- We do not offer or manage long term rentals. We offer short term rentals only - 29 days or less at the nightly rate.

- No, we are a full service management company
9. Do I need 4 wheel drive, all wheel drive or chains? (4x4) (AWD)
- Yes! During the winter months (October - April) 4 wheel or all wheel drive is required to traverse mountain passes as well as most driveways and county roads. If your car is not equipped with either, you should purchase chains and know how correctly install them if needed.
10. Will roads and driveways be plowed when I arrive/depart throughout my stay?
- Roads and driveways are plowed when between 4-6 inches of snow has fallen. With major storms, please keep in mind that plowing services could be backlogged and will be completed as soon as possible. GMR is not responsible for the plowing of any major interstates, highways or county roads. We control driveway plowing only.
11. Are all walkways and stairs shoveled when it snows?
Most homes do have scheudled snow shoveling services and all homes are equppied with snow shovels. Snow shoveling follows the same scheudle as plowing and is scheudled when 4-6 inches of new snow has fallen. With major storms, please keep in mind that shoveling services could be backlogged and will be completed as soon as possible.
12. What if my vehicle gets stuck in the snow?
