You'll enter the home on the lower level, where you'll find a private primary bedroom with a Smart "art" TV (a modern television that is designed to look like framed artwork when idle), a separate sitting room, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Whether you're unwinding after a day of mountain adventures or enjoying a quiet morning before the rest of the group wakes up, this level offers a peaceful retreat all its own.

Head upstairs to the main level, the heart of the home, where the kitchen, high top dining area, and inviting living room await. Gather around the cozy wood-burning stove, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or put together a charcuterie board to enjoy on one of the decks while taking in the spectacular lake views. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and showcase the stunning scenery, creating the perfect setting to relax with family and friends. This level also features a queen bedroom, a charming bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub, another Smart "art" TV and access to two spacious decks, offering plenty of room to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The upper-level loft provides an inviting retreat with a king bed and comfortable seating area, creating the perfect place to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the peaceful mountain ambiance. Wake each morning and enjoy your own private Nespresso machine before settling in with a fresh cup of coffee and taking in the tranquility of the mountains.

Outside, you'll discover three unique outdoor spaces designed to make the most of the spectacular setting. Grill dinner on the deck, gather around the outdoor fire pit for evenings under the stars (when local fire restrictions allow), or relax in the charming all-weather outdoor room with your morning coffee or favorite book while soaking in the surrounding beauty.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
