This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features all three bedrooms on the lower level. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private access to the lakeside deck, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking views each morning. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own access to the deck, while the third bedroom is perfect for families and groups with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination serves the lower-level sleeping area.

Upstairs, you'll find the heart of the home. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and stunning lake views create an inviting atmosphere for gathering together after a day of adventure. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals, while the dining table comfortably seats eight guests. Whether you're hosting a holiday dinner, enjoying a family game night, or simply relaxing with loved ones, this home was designed for making memories. A second full bathroom with a standing shower is also located on the upper level.

While access to Columbine Lake is reserved exclusively for owners and is not available to renters, guests still enjoy one of the most desirable locations in Grand Lake. Downtown Grand Lake, local shops and restaurants, hiking trails, golf, boating, and the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park are all just a short 3-minute drive away.

“Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs or Columbine Lake.” Plan on using one of the other three lakes (Grand, Granby and Shadow Mountain) for all your lake activities.”. Keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with owner residents.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
