This cozy cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood where the wildlife is abundant! Enjoy the ample outdoor space that this home provides and take in the gorgeous summer breeze on the deck or by the firepit. The original living area of the home was built over 65 years ago and still utilizes the original stone fireplace constructed in the1950's. The warm, rustic living area is perfect for family game nights, an afternoon book, or a cozy night by a crackling fire. The corner dining nook is the perfect space to gather the family while cooking in the kitchen. Just off the living area is full bathroom complete with a shower. The first private bedroom off the main living area offers a twin-size bed with a quaint reading desk, great for working remotely. Just across the hallway is the bunk room that offers a large double bunk bed that kids and adults alike are sure to find comfortable due to their larger size! The bunk room utilizes a unique privacy curtain to define the space as more private. The 3rd bedroom is large and offers ample space for family gatherings with a TV and large sectional sofa! Curl up in the cozy queen bed and enjoy a great nights rest. The final bedroom offers a king bed and a pleasant reading/knitting area to unwind after an adventure filled day. This bedroom also offers a stackable washer and dryer for all of the conveniences of home!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

This cabin was rustic but well-kept. The perfect family get away with close proximity to Grandby and Grand Lake. The fire pit was a huge hit with our kids!

This is a great place. It had more room than we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Such a short distance to Rocky Mt National Park. Love the cute town of Grand Lake. The rental personnel were very friendly and helpful. Hope to return.

Very pleasant stay exploring the Grand Lake trails. The cabin is in an area of gravel roads and houses of various sizes with plenty of space between them. We spotted moose up the hill and a herd of mule dear at the bottom, blue birds on the deck and of course the full, clear starry sky at night.<br/><br/>When we arrived we had a problem with the hot water and I sent an email to the management service after hours but someone called me back later in the evening talked me thru resolving the problem which didn't reoccur during our stay so its a plus for the management co.<br/><br/>There is now a lot more trees and vegetation around the cabin separating the houses. Its a much more "Gemütlichkeit" location than the pic suggests.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this cabin! We were looking for a cozy home with a fireplace, for a last minute get away from the city for a weekend and this was perfect. Our girls loved the bunkbed room and we enjoyed the king bed. Very comfy! Thanks for sharing your home with us, we will back in the warmer months to enjoy the fire pit!
