After a day on the mountain, come home to relax at the Inn at Silvercreek where you'll have access to heated indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, an arcade, and a fitness center—just a 5-minute drive away!

Inside, the condo welcomes you with two private bedrooms (each with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom), a fully stocked kitchen with counter seating for four, and a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, large Smart TV, and gorgeous mountain views. A pullout queen bed offers extra sleeping space, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Policies:
- The minimum age to rent this home is 25
- 4WD / AWD, snow tires or chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- This home is not pet friendly - no exceptions
- This home is non-smoking
- No parties or events
- No oversized vehicles or boats

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

We travel often and this was, by far, one of the best rentals we have stayed at. The view of the mountains is spectacular. The condo is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable, we slept well each night.The whirlpool tub was great after a day of exploring. The condo seems to be recently updated and is very cozy and comfortable. The people at GMR were very patient in helping us old people get the WiFi and tv going! Sophia was so nice! We highly recommend this rental as well as Grand Mountain Rentals.

The condo was just as advertised. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was conveniently located to a grocery store and gas station. It was a bit further from RMNP than we expected, but worked well for our day hikes in the area.

This was everything we wanted and more for our first time in Colorado. The house had everything we needed and plenty room! The pictures did not do it justice, it was so much more in person.

The condo was cute and very well located for ski in/ski out fun. It accommodated our party of 6 very well. It was unnerving to walk in late the first night and find that the bathroom trash cans were full, used coffee grounds were in the coffee maker, the sheets for the hide-a-bed were stuffed in the closet. We didn't know if they were clean or not. Just makes you wonder what else wasn't clean.

We had such a great time staying at this condo! It is in an excellent location on the mountain. The beds were comfortable and the unit is clean and updated. We even cooked a few large meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 loved the condo. Very homey and had everything we needed. Our teenage kids could walk to the slope and snowboard all day. Very clean and great location! Will book this place again!
