**This cabin is located in the Town of Grand Lake, NOT Estes Park**

In-town home perfect for large families. Walk all around town or relax on the deck with lake views! Comfortably sleeps 14 with three bathrooms! Plenty of parking to haul your summer and winter toys!! Three level home with a pool table/bar room, private bedroom and 3/4 bath with shower on the lower level. Open floor plan on the middle level with kitchen, dining and living room plus 2 bedrooms and bath, and, on the third floor another private bedroom and an amazing sleeping loft with bath. Relax on the deck with a view of Grand Lake or gather round the outdoor fire-pit in the evenings. Right by trail head and walking distance everywhere in Grand Lake! This house is beautifully appointed and offers everything to make your Grand Lake vacation one you will never forget! Cable and WiFi included.

*Please note that this home does has a fire pit but wood on the property is not for guest use, however several places in town sell wood by the bundles!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

The home was perfect for celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday with 7 couples from all over Colorado. Bed’s were comfortable, we cooked every meal at the home, fun game room and a fantastic deck with beautiful views. The only complaint is we reserved it for 14 people and we were given 3 garbage bags, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 extra roll of toilet paper on the main level. We ran out of all of those items. We are paying enough, I don’t want to have to bring those items. Also, we didn’t have a dumpster at the property, it was at the rental office location. Luckily one of our guests had a truck. I didn’t want to haul garbage from 14 people and many meals in a car. Loved the property, just a few items could be improved. Checkout was easy and we weren’t expected to do a lot of clean up at the home which was fantastic.

Housekeeping supplies a 2-3 day supply of paper products and essential supplies, not an unlimited supply, this information was provided prior to your stay. There should have been 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and housekeeping could have dropped off more had we been alerted immediately during your stay. Garbage disposal is a complicated subject here in Grand Lake, there is no door to door service in town and our bears get into dumpsters on a regular basis. Because we prefer to keep our bears and guests safe, the dumpster behind our office (just a short 2 minute drive from this home) is consistently monitored for any issues with trash disposal. It is very typical in rural areas with high wildlife populations and we certainly apologize if this is something that you aren't accustomed to. Please come back again!

This house was great. It had lots of room for everyone. The game room was fun. The deck and fire pit areas were also nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Nice location close to trails and town.

We had a wonderful time at the M&M Lodge. There is a view of the lake and it is about 2 blocks from Main Street. We could walk to shops and restaurants and there is a great hiking trail just down the road. The Lodge was beautiful and very clean. It was decorated just like you would picture in a Colorado cabin. Rustic yet modern at the same time!

My family was in town for a wedding at Pointe Park and we had an exceptional time. The accomodations were perfect, with plenty of amenities, beds and space for all. The cottage is conveniently located to everything in Grand Lake. I highly recommend the<br/> M&M Lodge for your vacation.

This was a great property for a family getaway. Our group of 8 adults had ample space to hang out and enjoy each other while at the house. The location was very convenient to the town and lake. <br/>Everything was excellent. Biggest challenge was a temperamental coffee maker

My family, my brothers family and my parents all stayed here first week of August. The location is great and we all had plenty of room. Only negative comments is that upon arrival we needed to clean the refrigerator (had dried blood inside) and microwave.

14 of us stayed at the M&M lodge at Grand Lake. The lodge is only a 5-10 min walk to the Lake beach/ and Marina. The house was very clean and big enough for all of us . The down stairs game room was used by all. Plenty of parking for the four cars/ truck. Everyone just loved the cabin. I would stay there again.

We loved our time together as a family in this perfect house! Great little town, super convenient location, and easy access to the park! Hummingbirds were brilliant to watch on the feeders, and the sunsets were spectacular. We had 8 people and loads of extra space! Kitchen was more than adequate, but the ice maker never made ice. We cooked big dinners and played lots of games at the perfect kitchen table. Good memories for sure!

A very beautiful home, stocked with every scoop or fork you may need! We spent several hours lounging around the 'no fire' firepit among the chipmunks, beautiful golden aspen with a few deer wondering around us. A short walk to downtown Grand Lake, we will surely be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful time at the M&M Lodge. House was clean, and VERY close to town! There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to sleep and hang out! The rental company was very responsive and gave clear directions about our stay. The only thing that made me nervous in the end, is I had to ask for my deposit to be refunded. I'm sure they were busy with other properties, but it made me think if they just would have kept it if I didn't say anything. But other than that, we loved it and would for sure chose to stay again if we're in the area!

We run reports that contain all of the security deposits to be refunded that day and would absolutely not keep money unwarranted under any circumstances. Overall was a great experience. Close to downtown and the lake. Very good furnishings nside. Fireplace wasn't working while I was there, but owner graciously give back a discount. Near hiking trail, so lots of traffic and parking near property. But it created no major problems for us.

The cabin was great for our family vacation. The couch in the photos is not accurate it is actually a sectional, so better than the photograph with more seating. The kitchen was well stocked, no blender however. The house temperature was my only complaint. The room upstairs next to loft was very cold at night while the other rooms were too hot. The house is close to town, we still drove though it was too far for young children to walk in the winter but would be doable for adults. The town has a cute little street of restaurants and shops. We could see the lake from the deck was a pretty view. Loved the cabin look and the Christmas decor. Beautiful kitchen and living room. We had a great time and would definitely rent this cabin again.

A perfect place for two families to vacation in Grand Lake. Easy walk to town or to the lakefront or to the North inlet trailhead. 1 mile to Adams Falls. Quick drive or boatride to the national park or Lake Granby (great for boating).<br/>While we were there we had moose in the front yard, deer in the backyard, a beaver down the road and we spotted a bald eagle while on the lake.<br/>Highly recommend this great house in a great spot.

M &M Lodge was everything we wanted in a family vacation experience by the lake.<br/><br/>The lodge sits perfectly above the main street of the city, so you can see the lake from the porch and walk right into town or the Marina!<br/><br/>Sleeps plenty and gives you privacy rooms as well. <br/>Was perfect for cooking, grilling, Movie time ( with great seating for , pictures of the house don't even do it justice)<br/><br/>Also the property is in great spot to walk to trails right out the door step!<br/><br/>Thank you M & M lodge for such a clean, and newly renovated unit that fitted all my families needs and more!<br/><br/>Can't wait to book another trip at this very spot next year for another Grand Lake adventure!

It was everything we hoped for and more! Grand lake rentals went above and beyond to help us with any questions! My husband and his friends flew in to denver from Alaska, south dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa and all said hands down the best snowmobile getaway theyve ever been on!

The house was perfect for our group. Well decorated for Christmas and clean. The description should be updated because there is more to the house than what was described. In the loft, one area is open, but the second area has a door making a bedroom. I think there is more square footage than what was listed. The house seemed bigger then the 2,000 square feet indicated. I do not think the basement area was included.

Overall this is a great cabin in a great location. We stayed with another family for a total of 4 adults and 8 kids. Everyone had enough space. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We all liked the open layout. The kids walked into town together and had a blast climbing around on the rocks around the property. <br/><br/>My only complaints were: 1. The air fresheners that were plugged into every room. I felt like I was eating an air freshener when I walked in. I had to locate them all and put them in a drawer, and open the windows to air the place out. Major overkill. 2. Some parts could have used a little more attention in the cleaning department. One of the kids slid under the bunk bead in the basement and came out covered head to toe in dust bunnies and debris. It was pretty gross. I also found an old rag behind a couch pillow and there was dust caked above the range hood. The cabin was overall clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. It just seemed like it could have used a deep clean at this point. <br/><br/>Besides those couple of things, it was really a great stay and we enjoyed it very much. I would go back and I would recommend this cabin to a friend. (P. S. Ralph and his wife were wonderful in the check in department. Very kind and helpful.)

This was the perfect place for our group of 7. We loved the location--very close to a few RMNP trailheads, walking distance to town. The views from all sides were beautiful. The layout was great for our group and the accomodations very nice.

The house was as advertised with amazing views, complete kitchen, and very clean. Our only problem---the beds were a little hard but then we have sleep number beds at home.

This was our second time staying at M&M Lodge and it did not disappoint. The cabin has a warm cozy feel and it has been recently upgraded with 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, new flooring and counter tops. Love the decor and all the cabin has to offer with a beautiful view, a basement full of activities with darts, pool table and shuffle board. Couldn’t have had a better experience staying there, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Grand Lake!

This was a perfect fit for our family get together. All 13 of us fit very comfortably in the house with room to spare :)<br/>We enjoyed the short walk into town :)<br/>Perfect location! Plan to do it again as soon as we can get our schedules aligned

Perfect cabin for family gathering. Loved the decor, good beds, toy box, grill, open kitchen, comfy furniture and very quiet. Loved the outdoor fire pit area and pool room. Great location for walking into town. New bathroom will make it even better.

I'm on the fence as to whether I should give this home the rave review that it deserves... or keep it our secret?! ;P<br/><br/>The location = perfect (near hiking and waterfall and boat ramp and town!); the amenities = perfect; the beds = plenty of beds & comfortable with plenty of pillows; the bathrooms = large & best hot water; the kitchen = perfectly stocked with pots/pans & large enough for our family to sit down together; the bbq = excellent; the firepit = the family LOVED sitting around and making smores (I want a swing like that now!); toys = thank you for sharing the kids loved the legos & baby dolls - and the little table; parking = plenty; game room = loved it. <br/><br/>We walked into town several times and to the lake... and up the hill to the hiking trail. Every evening we would sit out on the porch and enjoy the view and bbq. Such a relaxing time - beautiful view! <br/><br/>The only thing that I could suggest would be hooks in the bedrooms for wet towels and perhaps another fan, but that is the ONLY thing. <br/><br/>It was absolutely a perfect family vacation that the kids will remember forever. Thank you so much for sharing. I would 100% recommend (and I am a picky grandma LOL). We are ready to come back.

Comfy house, convenient location! It has only two bedrooms but a lot of space on the loft. Overall, it is the warm and welcoming place for a big family to stay and enjoy Colorado winter!

this was a great place to stay. We had the house for New Years and it was great! The bar and pool table were perfect to relax and have fun! There isn't a lot of room to park a snowmobile trailer in the lot but we made it work and parked it in the deep snow along the road. All in all a great place!

I rented this house for my boyfriend's 30th bday surprise and it couldn't have been more perfect! Walking distance to everything, view of the gorgeous lake, clean,roomy for the 8 of us, and just an overall great home away from home! The agency was a delight to work with. They truly were accommodating and caring! We had such an amazing time and created such fond memories as a family. We will without a doubt be back!! Thank you again, Katie.

We brought all 12 members of our family to Grand Lake for Labor Day weekend. Though initially somewhat disappointed that we couldn't find a rental large enough that was also located on the water, this cabin was great! All 12 of us had a bed to sleep on and the location of the cabin is close enough to walk to down town and the water, yet secluded from other homes and businesses. There are great hiking trails next to the cabin where we saw moose and deer 10' off the trail. The public boat ramp is within 5 minutes of the cabin and you can leave your boat/trailer in that parking lot overnight. The yard has ample space to play yard games. Our kids spent a lot of time climbing on the large rocks in the yard and exploring, which was very convenient for us to keep an eye on them while relaxing on the patio and yard swing. Fire pit had seating for all of us to sit around and make s'mores. Living area and kitchen spacious for all 12 of us to move around, yet laid out so that we could all be together. Bathrooms are fairly modern and spacious. The photos make this cabin look much more out dated than it is in person. We were all very impressed!

We had a group of friends stay up in Grand Lake for a weekend and we couldn't be happier with our stay at the J&J Lodge! Grand Lake is an awesome town and the outdoors all around are incredible! The staff at Grand Mountain Rentals were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to the chance of staying at the J&J Lodge again sometime very soon!

This house is a great place for lot's of people to comfortably stay, while still enjoying their privacy. The game room with pool table downstairs is definitely a plus and out of the way so as not to disturb anyone. The only minor complaint would be the lack of enough and/or speciality cookware but our overall experience was very good.

We loved our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone. The views are spectacular and the location to town was perfect. It was close enough to walk but yet far enough away to feel secluded and private. Grand Nountaun Rentals were very helpful with anything we needed. I definitely recommend this home. We will be back next year.

We combined 2 families in this house (4 kids, 4 adults) and it accomodated us beautifully. The kids had a blast sleeping together in the loft, playing on all the huge boulders outside, and walking to the lake and creek to swim. While it was right on a main road, we still felt like we were in nature and loved that we could walk everywhere.

Beautiful log cabin with all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the close access to the park and town. Our family loved roasting marshmallows and sitting by the fire. Nice lake view from the deck. We really had a great family vacation!
