Escape to the heart of Grand Lake at Lemmon Lodge #30, a warm and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin tucked inside the sought-after Lemmon Lodge community. Perfect for families or groups, this well-appointed cabin offers sleeping space for up to 10 guests and all the comforts of home.

The main level features a cozy master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has another plush king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and connects to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A spacious loft area provides additional sleeping arrangements with a twin bed and trundle, and the sofa in the family room convert into a queen-size bed—ideal for larger families or multi-generational getaways. Be sure to enjoy the balcony off the loft area where you can listen to the North Inlet River rolling by and unwind in the Colorado breeze.

*This home just a short stroll through Lemmon Lodges private beautiful community area that includes a community firepit and horseshoes with direct access to the waters of Grand Lake, the North Inlet River for some of the best fishing around and an exclusive private sandy beach and boat docks! Available only to Lemmon Lodge paying guests and owners. Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and Grand Lake!

- 4WD or AWD and/or Snow Tires required during winter months. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- Not Pet Friendly - No exceptions (HOA Policy) *Private messages inquiring about exceptions will be declined.
- This home is Non-Smoking (HOA Policy)
- No Parties or Events
- Fishing off the docks is not allowed (HOA Policy)
- Boat slips are available for rent through Lemmon Lodge management (reservation required and not guaranteed).
- Please note: This home does not have air conditioning, which is common for homes in our high-alpine area

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

We’ve stayed at lemon Lodge before, but were looking for a larger house to accommodate more family members this year. It’s a previous reviewer stated, this property lacked the outdoor living spaces and water toys that other houses provided. But it was large enough to comfortably fit our family of six (four adults and two kids). We brought our own kayaks and were able to walk them down to the private beach with no problem. It wasn’t our favorite place to stay at Lemon Lodge, but it still provided us everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. With that said, I believe ANY cabin in Lemon Lodge is the way to go if you are visiting Grand Lake. They are close to downtown, provide a fun family friendly atmosphere including a private beach and fishing areas. Would overall recommend.

We have stayed at Lemmon Lodge several times over the years in different cabins and have always loved the location. Being so close to the private beach and within walking distance of downtown Grand Lake is hard to beat, which is why we continue to come back. The rental company was friendly and easy to work with.<br/><br/>Unfortunately, the cabin itself was disappointing. The biggest issue was that it didn't feel clean or well maintained. The carpets are heavily stained, the chair cushions were stained and dirty, the kitchen table and chairs were sticky. The towels and bed linens were very worn, threadbare, and overdue for replacement.<br/><br/>The cabin, including the kitchen isn't as well equipped as we've experienced in other cabins. For example, the knives were dull, there wasn't enough silverware for our group, and several of the bowls and plates were chipped. There isn't a washer or dryer, they don't provide beach towels or beach/water toys like other cabins do. The amenities look like they are from the 70s and left much to be desired. The online description makes this cabin sound much better then it is in reality. <br/><br/>

We’re sorry this particular cabin was not the right fit for your group. The listing photos accurately represent the home’s furnishings and style, and we clearly list the amenities provided. A washer and dryer, beach towels, and water toys are not advertised as features of this property, and each privately owned cabin at Lemmon Lodge is furnished and equipped differently. On the day you checked in, you requested extra towels for the teenagers in your group, and we hand-delivered brand-new towels as a courtesy. While the existing linens may not have appeared as new by comparison, they are inspected after each cleaning and replaced when their condition warrants it. Beautiful place and very nice cabin. Lemmon Lodge is hard to beat. Right on the lake and close to downtown. Fishing was great too!

Classic mountain cabin in the perfect location and stocked with everything we needed (though I'd throw in a bottle of shampoo and a couple beach towels). Very clean, and we stayed in the very comfortable master bed. It was nice to have the kids in their own rooms/bathroom upstairs. Loved the short stroll to the lake. Thank you for hosting us!
