The main level features a cozy master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, one bedroom has another plush king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and connects to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A spacious loft area provides additional sleeping arrangements with a twin bed and trundle, and the sofa in the family room convert into a queen-size bed—ideal for larger families or multi-generational getaways. Be sure to enjoy the balcony off the loft area where you can listen to the North Inlet River rolling by and unwind in the Colorado breeze.

*This home just a short stroll through Lemmon Lodges private beautiful community area that includes a community firepit and horseshoes with direct access to the waters of Grand Lake, the North Inlet River for some of the best fishing around and an exclusive private sandy beach and boat docks! - 4WD or AWD and/or Snow Tires required during winter months. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.
- Not Pet Friendly - No exceptions (HOA Policy)
- This home is Non-Smoking (HOA Policy)
- No Parties or Events
- Fishing off the docks is not allowed (HOA Policy)
- Boat slips are available for rent through Lemmon Lodge management (reservation required and not guaranteed).

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Classic mountain cabin in the perfect location and stocked with everything we needed (though I'd throw in a bottle of shampoo and a couple beach towels). Very clean, and we stayed in the very comfortable master bed. It was nice to have the kids in their own rooms/bathroom upstairs. Loved the short stroll to the lake. Thank you for hosting us!
