Enjoy a great vacation to the mountains with the whole family, especially the kids! Located within walking distance from the town of Grand Lake, this wonderful 2-story condo unit has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can sleep 6! Upon ground level entry, the bottom floor hosts a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook meals and enjoy family time. The spacious family room offers a gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV. This home has outdoor seating with a gas grill and beautiful views of the little mountain town! Up the staircase is the master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and also has a private deck for you to enjoy. The 2nd bedroom located next to the master has two queen beds and a detached full bathroom with a tub! This room is great for the kids, a couple, or family members that might need separate sleeping arrangements.

- 4WD or AWD and/or Snow Tires required during winter months. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Our rental was clean and well stocked. Had everything needed to cook every night. SUPER cute place. Walking distance to town (in my opinion). Loved this place!

We rented a fourplex in Grand Lake this last week.<br/>My Uncle Harold Stauffer built these units in the 1980's. <br/>We were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the property was!

We rented this perfect condo for part of constitution week. If you forgot our marvelous United States constitution was signed into effect Sept 17 th 1787. Grand lake is the leader in celebrating this wonderful document. Our clean, comfy, condo was just across the street where many of the lectures were held. So we walked and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The condo was very very clean and had all we needed for our stay. The management company was helpful and easy to locate. Thank you to the owners for sharing this perfect little place so perfectly located for us.

The condo Lazy Bear was clean, with new appliances, plenty of space, and usable pans and cutlery. The price was reasonable and worth the stay. The only down sides were that the grill had a cracked propane pipe and was unusable, and the mattresses on the beds were on the extreme hard side. Everything else was solid.
