**This cabin is located in the Town of Grand Lake, NOT Estes Park**

Absolutely spectacular home that is right on Grand Lake! In Town so you can walk to restaurants, theater, stores and parks. Private dock so bring along your boat or kayaks! This beautifully appointed home offers stunning lake and mountain views and has everything one could ask for during their Grand Lake vacation. When you enter the home you'll walk right toward the large and inviting Great Room with incredible views from each window. Living area features comfortable seating for everyone and a cozy gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Making dinner will be a pleasure in the chef's kitchen and the dining area with large table is perfect for meals around the table or family game night! Come back from a day out exploring Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park and relax on the expansive covered deck overlooking Grand Lake with Mount Craig (commonly referred to as Mount Baldy) as the backdrop. Large yard with a wood burning fire pit and private dock ensure you'll be spending much of your time outside enjoying Colorado mountain air! There are three private bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third has 2 sets of extra long twin bunk beds for our taller guests. There is also a private den with TV and sleeper sofa, so, everyone will be comfortable and happy to have their own space to retreat to at the end of an active day. Also has a loft with TV and very comfortable blow up sleeper sofa mattress for additional living and sleeping space. This home has a strict maximum occupancy of 12 and cannot be used for any type of special events where more than 12 would be present at any time. Large driveway for cars and toys!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Our family definitely had an unforgettable Christmas! This home had an exceptional location and amazing views of the frozen lake and beautiful snow days! We got to experience ice fishing for the first time thanks to a local resident, we drove through the stunning Rocky Mountain National Park, and our kids loved playing with the snow in the spacious house backyard. This is our second time renting with Grand Mountain Rentals and their homes are truly the best! (Specially this one!). This 2023 Holiday Season will forever stay in our memories, and we plan to come back again all the way from South Texas to this beautiful Grand Lake, CO Home!

Overall

This is our second time to spend several days with good friends in this wonderful home. We love everything about it, having the dock right there for our boat, the easy walk to Grand Lake, and evening walks every day to Point Park and surrounding areas. The view any time of day of the lake and mountains is spectacular from the porch. The home is comfortable, and we love the kitchen, which has everything we need to cook great meals. We'll be back again. What a great place to stay in Grand Lake!

This home is a 5 star property! It was the nicest and cleanest home we've ever stayed in. The layout of the home was extremely comfortable for our party of 8. The kitchen was very well stocked and allowed us to cook many of our meals at the house and enjoy the breathtaking views of Grand Lake and Mount Craig. They even provided a slow cooker! It is a very short walk into town or down to Point Park where we encountered moose daily. I like the fact that there was a washer & dryer available. Sadly, we didn't get to use the fire pit due to the burn ban, but enjoyed the dock everyday. We will definitely be renting this property again!!
