With thoughtful touches throughout and room to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, you’ll find the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern elegance.

You'll enter through the lower-level garage (available for guest use) and step into a cozy and private space featuring a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bonus bunk area—perfect for the kids to call their own.

Upstairs on the main level, is an inviting living area with unique mountain décor, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking views. Kick back and relax after a day of adventure or gather around the formal dining table for meals made in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with updated modern appliances and everything you need to feel at home.
Continue to the top level and discover the spacious semi-private primary suite. This dreamy space features a California king bed, a twin daybed with trundle, walk-in closet, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a jetted soaking tub- the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Outside, you’ll find not one, but two outdoor spaces designed to connect you to the natural beauty that surrounds you. The front deck offers cozy seating and sweeping views, with a gas firepit to set the mood for evening conversations or peaceful stargazing. Around back, a second seating area awaits with a wood-burning firepit and serene views—the ideal backdrop for storytelling, marshmallow roasting, or simply taking in the sounds of nature.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grandview Chalet! The view was spectacular! The house was very clean, spacious and a wonderful set up for our family of 6. We spent a lot of time in RMNP and the location was an easy and quick drive to the park entrance as well as an equally great location to downtown Grand Lake. We definitely recommend this home and Grand Mountain Rentals and we will use them for future visits!

The house and the weather were great for the entire week. The views from the deck, over the lakes was perfect. We used the fire pits on the deck and out back every night. The house was very well stocked.

This house had everything you could ever need and more. From the fully stocked kitchen to the rustic farm/mountain decor to the views, it was perfect! We could tell that the owners have spent a lot of time to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. This was by far one of the BEST places we've ever stayed. And the staff of Grand Mountain Rentals were wonderful too. We won't hesitate to rent from them again.

There were 4 adults in our group. This cabin is beautiful. Furnished well. Our friend is a chef and said the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen he's ever seen in a rental. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of parking for our snowmobile trailer.
