Join the 9th Annual Spirit Polar Plunge, where teams, individuals, and volunteers come together to take a refreshing dive into the alpine waters of Grand Lake. The event kicks off with a Pre-Party at noon at Charlie's Sports Bar and Grill, featuring live music by Nine Toed Bob and the Stragglers, tacos, and plenty of fun. Fundraising teams, participants, and sponsors can mingle, grab a bite or a drink, and show off their creative costumes before the event.
At 2:00 PM, the festivities at Charlie’s wrap up as everyone heads to Gene Stover Park along the Grand Lake waterfront for the 2:30 PM plunge.
You can join a team or participate on your own! Not ready to take the plunge? No problem, “Chickens” are welcome to stay warm and cheer on participants from the Chicken Coop, with no icy water required.
