*This condo is located in the Town of Grand Lake, NOT Estes Park*

Brand new beautiful kitchen completely updated with brand new appliances. Master bathroom also completely updated. This beautifully appointed, 3 bedroom lakefront condo has gorgeous views of Shadow Mountain Lake and is just what you need to make beautiful memories with your family. Take in the lake and mountain views from the balcony or while you're relaxing inside. This home has it all, including 3 bathrooms. In town and walkable (for most people) to restaurants and stores or catch a play at the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre. Kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals and large table for family game nights. Upper loft area is a second living area so everyone can spread out and relax. This home has a strict maximum occupancy of 8 people. One bedroom has a king, one has a queen and the third has two sets of bunks with full size beds on the bottom and twins on the top. Please note: Onsite pool is for condo association owners only and not available for use.

- One Set of Stairs Requires for Entry - 2nd Floor Unit

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Very nice, comfortable unit in a great location with wonderful view.<br/>Only drawback was having 2 young children with us in this top unit. We received a complaint about the noise of the children running about.

I visited Shadow Mountain Lake as a child with my grandparents, now I get to experience it with my grandchildren. Eagles Nest was the perfect place for our three generations. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and the kiddos just loved the bunk room. Great view of the lake too! Condo was very clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed for our family meals. Will return!<br/>

Great location! Wonderful view! Downstairs bedroom has too many beds for the size of the room. Consider changing out the full/single bunk bed with a single/single bed and add a chair and nightstand. Otherwise beautiful property with easy access to lake and downtown Grand lake. Queen size bed was difficult to get in and out of.

We are natives of Colorado and Grand Lake in particular but have not been back in a while. This was a beautiful place to stay, exactly as advertised. We had to depart early because of a health issue but look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Everything was as advertised and more. We enjoyed all the sleeping arrangements and details (stool for the bed - ideal for short people). The new kitchen was lovely. Location was perfect - midway between town and marina we like and minutes away from a morning stroll in RMNP. Loved every moment.<br/>

With large balcony facing the lake, the ambiance of this property was great for a western forest/mountain/water experience. Grand Lake is a charming village and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National park with all it has to offer is a few miles away.

We got in from Denver a day late because my son broke his arm. The staff were very understanding, and even volunteered to give us a refund for that day. The place was very big, and there was a lot of room for the kids to play. The location was great, with nice views of the lake. Will return again next summer.

First of all, Grand Mountain Rentals went out of their way to accommodate us. By far the best rental agency I have ever dealt with!<br/>The condo was very nice and it was furnished better than my home is, complete with wine glasses for red and white wine, expresso machine, all the pots and pans you would ever want. <br/>The views are amazing looking over the water and at the mountains. It was also very clean and roomy. You won't be disappointed renting this place!

Eagles Nest has a great location in Grand Lake - close to town but yet not in the hustle/bustle of town. Walked to town a couple of times - not a short walk but a good workout. LOVED sitting on the patio in the morning and evenings enjoying the lake/mountain view - so peaceful and relaxing. Rented a boat a couple of times, hiked, fished, horseback riding, kayaking/paddle boarding one day - had a great time! NEED a larger trash bin for families (maybe put one in the UR). A door at the upstairs bedroom would be nice for sound barrier from downstairs activities. OVER ALL AWESOME PLACE!!!

This was an absolutely beautiful weekend "staycation" in Colorado for us. The furnishings are beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed for all of the groceries I brought with us. The only downfall was lack of firewood, which is fine if we would have known to bring firewood with us. I would also upgrade the tiny kitchen garbage container, a family of 5 fills that very quickly. Thank you for opening your home to us. <br/><br/>The fireworks on New Year's Eve were spectacular and the free events the town of Grand Lake provides gave us memories to last a LIFETIME! <br/><br/>Also, the management company was spectacular! They were very welcoming and provided a lot of great information on what we should do and told us of the free events!<br/><br/>I hope we will be able to come back very soon!

We had a wonderful visit at Eagles Nest in Grand Lake, CO. Calise and Ralph did an awesome job directing us to whatever question we had. She even mentioned since we were staying 8 days we could another night for free as every third night was free. We go0t to soiak in another marvelous night theire. The weather was PERFECT....we got a little bit of everything...snow, cold, cool and very warm.....thanks CO for making our trip memorable. memorable.

The Townhouse is lovely-decorated very nicely and kitchen is stocked well. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is traveling to the area - only comment is that I don't believe that you are walking to town.

Our recent trip to Grand Lake was perfect! It started with very knowledgeable assistance from the Grand Mountain Rental's staff. I wanted an in town lake front condo and Calise helped me find the perfect location. The condo was large and had a fully loaded kitchen. Having coffee every morning on the balcony soaking up the views of the lake and mountains provided the perfect start to each day of our vacation. I would definitely rent this unit again!
